If you hoped to see an *NSYNC reunion at Justin Timberlake's upcoming Super Bowl halftime show, you might have less chance of success.

Over this weekend, *NSYNC member Joey Fatone talked to TMZ and implied that he and the boys won't be joining the "Mirrors" in Minneapolis on Feb. 4 for the halftime show.

"I'm here right now. If I was doing something, I'd be at rehearsals right now. So obviously, there's your proof," Joey Fatone said.

Joey Fatone also added that Justin Timberlake would not bring Janet Jackson onstage following the 2004 wardrobe malfunction at the Super Bowl. "He's not that kind of person. He's not controversial like that."

On Feb. 4, Justin Timberlake is set to perform at the Super Bowl, just two days after the release of his fourth studio album 'Man of the Woods.'

The *NSYNC boys last performed together in 2013, when Justin received the Video Vanguard award at the MTV VMAs.
